Office Operational Supplies Services Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of stationery items, printing and publication items, computer stationery, miscellaneous office items, store items, entertainment and gift items, machinery and equipment repair, transport repair, lubricant items, plant and machinery, furniture and fixture purchase, furniture repair, rental vehicles, office furnishing, software and repair of information technology equipment. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure on a package and lot-wise basis. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers registered with PPRA and relevant tax authorities are eligible to participate. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of each quoted lot shall be furnished through CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft or pay order with scanned copies uploaded electronically and original instruments submitted before bid opening. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 a.m. on the opening date. Joint ventures are not permitted.
