Framework Contract Operational Supplies Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for hiring services and procurement of operational supplies including hot and cold beverages, lubricant and POL charges, stationery, electronic communication, printing, computer stationery, dietary items, lunch boxes, training aids, tents, miscellaneous stores, vehicle spare parts and filters, machinery repair parts, furniture repair, hardware and equipment, software repair, software purchase, plant and machinery, furniture, beds and boxes for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage - Two Envelopes procedure using EPADS. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically together with mandatory samples or brochures where applicable. Bid security of 2% amounting to Rs.608,000 shall be submitted in original before the submission deadline. Successful bidders shall furnish a 5% performance guarantee. Estimated procurement cost is Rs.30.4 million. In case of technical issues with EPADS, sealed hard copy bids may be submitted before the deadline. Bids will be opened at 12:00 P.M.
