Purchase Anesthesia Surgical Disposable Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for the purchase of anesthesia and surgical disposable items for the financial year 2026-27 including various anesthesia and surgical consumables and disposable medical items. Bids are invited from manufacturers, sole agents of foreign principals and authorized distributors registered with the Punjab E-Procurement System and PPRA. Only active sales tax and income tax registered firms with established technical, financial and managerial capabilities and not blacklisted by PPRA and PESSI are eligible to participate. Interested bidders shall download the bidding documents, specifications and instructions from the prescribed portals. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage - Two Envelopes bidding procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014. Bidders shall furnish an original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price of the quoted items electronically and submit all bids electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bids will be opened at 11:30 A.M. on the bid opening date. Procurement shall be governed under the Punjab E-Procurement Rules 2014 as amended and may be cancelled under Rule 35 of the PPRA Rules 2014.
