Purchase Of Orthopedic Implants Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for the purchase of orthopedic implants for the financial year 2026-2027. Bids are invited from manufacturers, sole agents of foreign principals and authorized distributors registered with the Punjab E-Procurement System and PPRA. Only active sales tax and income tax registered firms with established technical, financial and managerial capabilities and not blacklisted by PPRA and PESSI are eligible to participate. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage - Two Envelopes bidding procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014. Original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price shall be submitted electronically and all bids shall be uploaded through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bids will be opened at 11:30 A.M. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and may be cancelled under Rule 35. Pro Tip: This procurement includes orthopedic implants, trauma implants, surgical implants, orthopedic devices, implant systems and hospital orthopedic supplies through electronic framework procurement.
