Laboratory Chemicals Blood Bank Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of laboratory chemicals and blood bank items for the financial year 2026-2027 through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Eligible suppliers registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax, PPRA and PESSI and possessing adequate technical, financial and managerial capabilities may participate. Procurement shall be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Combined technical and financial proposals shall be uploaded electronically. Electronic bid security equal to 2% of the quoted amount is mandatory through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM on the same day.
