Procurement Of Miscellaneous Goods Services And Repairs Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of miscellaneous goods, services and repair works including lubricants, electronic communication equipment, office stationery, other store items, computer stationery, sports items, tents and tarpaulins, computer hardware, stationery printing, miscellaneous IT equipment, transport repair, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, building repairs, road safety equipment, hot and cold items, beds and boxes, software and miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-2027. Eligible bidders must have previous experience and be registered with FBR and PRA where applicable. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bids shall be submitted electronically, with bid security equal to 2% of the quoted bid price for each lot. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately. Bid opening will take place at 11:00 AM on the bid opening day. Rates shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes and remain valid until 30-06-2027.
