Event Arrangements For National Celebrations Tender Notice
Description
Execution of approved municipal schemes for arrangement of Independence Day celebrations, musical night on the eve of Independence Day and 12 Rabi Ul Awal celebrations under MRS 2nd Bi Annual 2026. Eligible contractors and firms holding valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration may participate. Bidding shall be conducted through EPADS. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR shall be uploaded electronically and the original submitted before bid opening. Bids shall be submitted by 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM. Rates shall be quoted against all BOQ items. Pro Tip: This procurement includes event management, public celebrations, stage arrangements, municipal event services, cultural event infrastructure and civic event execution under EPADS procurement procedures.
