Independence Day And Eid Celebrations Arrangements Tender Notice
Description
The procurement covers arrangements for Independence Day 2026 and Eid Milad-un-Nabi celebrations under the jurisdiction of the Municipal Committee Jalalpur Jattan. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Engineering firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council are eligible to participate. Scanned bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of PKR 8.2 million together with the original CDR is mandatory. Bids will be opened at 11:00 AM. Performance security shall be furnished by the successful bidder. Pro Tip: This procurement includes decorative works, illumination, event infrastructure, ceremonial arrangements, public event management, civic decorations, temporary installations and municipal event services.
