Reconstruction Punjab House Rawalpindi Tender Notice
Description
The procurement covers reconstruction of Punjab House Rawalpindi under ADP No. 1889 for the year 2025-26. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals. Registered contractors having the required PEC category and relevant specialization code are eligible to participate. Electronic bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost is mandatory through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM while financial bids will be opened after completion of technical evaluation. The successful bidder shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount within 15 days. Estimated cost is PKR 1,098.882 million and bid security is PKR 51.980 million.
