Goods Maintenance Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and supply of miscellaneous items including soap, tissue, bed sheets, linen, blankets and towels, stationery and printing materials, uniforms, repair of government vehicles, supply and repair of machinery and equipment including air conditioners, refrigerators and other equipment, and supply and repair of furniture and fixtures for the financial year 2026-2027. Separate tenders are required for each category. Eligible government registered firms, suppliers and contractors with GST and NTN registration may participate. Earnest money in the form of demand draft or pay order is required according to each category. Tenders will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
