Outsourcing Laundry Services Contingency Operations Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for outsourcing laundry services in case of contingency. Eligible manufacturers, distributors, partners and service providers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities may participate. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. E-bids shall be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security of 2% amounting to PKR 59,899 is required electronically with proof attached to the bid. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-07-28 at 11:00 AM. Bid validity is 180 days. Bids will be opened 30 minutes after submission. Delivery terms are DDP.
