Supply Stationery Vehicle Repairs Medical Transport Printing Services Tender Notice

Description

Procurement includes - office stationery - vehicle repair services - miscellaneous items - printing and publishing of printed materials - transportation of medicines and related items - non-drug items. Sealed tenders are invited from authorized distributors, suppliers, reputed firms and vendors under the regular and development budget for the financial year 2026-2027. Tender documents must be submitted in sealed form. Earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost shall be submitted in the form of a demand draft or pay order in the name of the Drawing and Disbursing Officer from any scheduled bank including KCBL. Tender document fees and earnest money are as follows: Office Stationery estimated cost 2.5 million with earnest money 50,000 and tender fee 4,000; Vehicle Repairs estimated cost 15.0 million with earnest money 300,000 and tender fee 8,000; Miscellaneous Items estimated cost 1.1 million with earnest money 22,000 and tender fee 4,000; Printing and Publishing estimated cost 3.5 million with earnest money 70,000 and tender fee 4,000; Transportation of Medicines estimated cost 2.5 million with earnest money 50,000 and tender fee 4,000; Non-Drug Items estimated cost 3.0 million with earnest money 60,000 and tender fee 4,000. Bids shall close at 1100 hours and be opened at 1130 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Incomplete bids or bids containing incorrect information shall not be accepted. A Rs.100 stamp paper affidavit confirming that the bidder has never been blacklisted by any Government, Semi-Government organization or GB-PPRA is mandatory. The successful bidder shall supply goods and provide services until 30 June 2027. Stationery and miscellaneous items shall be evaluated lot-wise while printed materials shall be evaluated item-wise. Tender documents containing evaluation criteria, specifications and work details may be obtained during office hours before the closing date. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any tender under PPRA Rule 33(1).
