Framework Contracts Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of annual framework contracts for the financial year 2026-2027 through the Punjab E-Procurement System using a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. The procurement includes local purchase medicines, disposable and surgical items, laboratory items, general store items, X-ray and radiology items, printing items and dental materials. Bids shall be submitted electronically only and manual submissions are not permitted. Electronic bid security equal to 2% of the estimated value of each lot shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical proposals will be opened at 11:00 AM on the opening date. Eligible bidders include manufacturers, authorized sales and service dealers, distributors and firms from District Jhelum as specified in the bidding documents.
