Catering Event Management Food Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of Catering and Event Management Services together with Food Items for the 19th Annual Sports and Athletic Championship 2026. Electronic bids are invited from manufacturers, firms, companies, sole proprietors, suppliers and joint ventures registered with relevant tax authorities. Procurement shall follow the single stage two envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipt shall be submitted in the name of the Principal. Rates shall be quoted on F.O.R. basis with free delivery to the consignee. Electronic bids shall be uploaded by 12:00 PM on 12.08.2026 and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bid validity shall remain for 180 days.
