Medicines Laboratory Supplies Hospital Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and framework contracts including Local Purchase Medicines comprising national and multinational medicines with surgical and disposable items - Digital X-Ray Films with maintenance services for X-Ray machines - Laboratory Items - General Store Items together with auction of Hospital Canteen and Hospital Parking Facility. Electronic bids are invited from importers, manufacturers, wholesalers, suppliers and registered firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security shall be 5% for procurement lots and earnest money 10% for auction lots. Procurement shall follow the single stage single envelope procedure. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 11:00 AM on 15.08.2026 and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bid validity shall remain for 90 days from bid opening.
