Framework Contract Medicines Surgical Disposable Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for local purchase of medicines, surgical items and disposable items including medicines, surgical disposables and supplies for the Chief Minister Dialysis Program for Financial Year 2026-27. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Separate technical and financial proposals shall be submitted electronically through EPADS only. Bid security shall be 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Bank Draft or CDR. Bidders supplying medicines and surgical disposables must possess a valid CDSL Drug Sale License on Form-9 Category-A. Separate bids shall be submitted on the basis of maximum discount from retail price for multinational medicines, national medicines and surgical disposables. Bidders shall quote all categories. Bids shall be submitted by 12-08-2026 at 12:00 PM and opened on the same day at 12:30 PM. Detailed bidding documents contain indicative market rates and complete terms and conditions.
