Local Purchase Medicines Surgical Disposables Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes Local Purchase of Medicines and Surgical Disposable Items for day-to-day and emergency requirements under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Electronic bids shall be accompanied by scanned bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost. Bid submission closes on 17-Aug-2026 at 09:00 AM and bids shall be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM. Eligible suppliers, manufacturers and firms shall be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Excise and Taxation Department and Punjab e-Procurement System.
