Framework Contract For Operational Supplies And Vehicle Maintenance Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for hiring services and procurement of operational supplies including hot and cold beverages, lubricants and POL items, stationery, service charges, computer stationery, dietary items and lunch boxes, miscellaneous items, repair and replacement of vehicle parts and spare parts, filters, machinery parts, furniture repair and other store items for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through Punjab e-Procurement using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Electronic bids comprising technical and financial proposals shall be submitted online together with original bid security of PKR 134,000 representing 2% of the estimated cost of PKR 6.7 million. Samples, brochures and catalogues are mandatory where applicable. Performance guarantee of 5% shall be required from successful bidders. Bid validity shall remain until 30-06-2027.
