Procurement Of Medicines Medical Gases And Hospital Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of medicines, surgical disposables, dialysis items, X-ray films, radiology accessories, pathology and laboratory materials, dental items, printing materials and medical gases for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Punjab Procurement Rules using the Open Competitive Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Separate bids shall be submitted for each package with bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque. Technical and financial bids shall be uploaded by 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. This procurement supports hospital pharmacy, diagnostic imaging, pathology laboratories, dialysis treatment, dental care, medical gases and healthcare service delivery through framework contracting.
