Description
Procurement of medicines and medical devices including surgical disposables on day-to-day basis under two packages, including a general procurement package and a Zakat Fund package. Package 1 has an estimated cost of 13.9 million with bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost, while Package 2 has an estimated cost of 2.214 million with bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost. Bidding shall follow the single stage two envelope procedure through electronic bidding by uploading PDF files on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security must be submitted electronically, while Bank Guarantee, CDR, Pay Order, Bank Draft or Call Deposit must also be submitted physically. Late bids shall be rejected. Bidding documents are available through the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. Submission of fake information or documents shall result in disqualification and blacklisting. Electronic bids shall be opened shortly after the submission deadline.
