Medicines Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medicines through the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible interested bidders with relevant experience may obtain the complete bidding documents containing eligibility criteria, evaluation criteria and terms and conditions upon submission of a written request and payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs.1,000. Tender documents shall be issued during working days from 2026-08-10 to 2026-08-26. Sealed bids shall be submitted at the prescribed venue and opened publicly in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bid security equal to 1% of the total contract value in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in the name of PPHI SINDH shall be submitted with the financial proposal, failing which the bid shall be treated as non-responsive. Applicable government taxes shall be deducted from invoices in accordance with the prevailing tax policy. In case of a public holiday or unavoidable circumstances, bids shall be opened on the next working day at the same venue and time.
