Framework contract procurement for miscellaneous items and services for financial year 2026-27 on a lot-wise basis through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Lot 1 covers hot and cold items and lubricants with estimated amount Rs.795,000 and bid security Rs.15,900; Lot 2 covers stationery items and computer stationery items with estimated amount Rs.1,300,000 and bid security Rs.26,000; Lot 3 covers miscellaneous and other items, dietary items for Muharram and Chehlum duties, and hiring for service rendered with estimated amount Rs.1,300,000 and bid security Rs.26,000; Lot 4 covers purchase, repair and replacement of transport items with estimated amount Rs.800,000 and bid security Rs.16,000; Lot 5 covers purchase, repair and replacement of machinery and equipment items and furniture items with estimated amount Rs.300,000 and bid security Rs.6,000; Lot 6 covers items costing under other store with estimated amount Rs.500,000 and bid security Rs.10,000. Total estimated cost is Rs.4,995,000 and total bid security is Rs.99,900. Bids must be submitted lot-wise as complete lots under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure by 11:00 AM on 27 August 2026 and opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Original bid security of 2% must be submitted before the deadline, with PDF copy uploaded online. A 5% performance guarantee is required upon acceptance.
