Janitorial Security Services Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Provision of Janitorial Services and Security Services for Fatima Jinnah Institute of Dental Sciences, Jubilee Town, Lahore, on a round-the-clock basis for 365 days per year including Sundays and holidays. The contract will be for one year and may be extended for up to a further one year on the same terms and conditions. Separate procurement references are provided for janitorial services and security services. Bidders must submit bid security of Rs.1,000,000 in the prescribed form of CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee with 100% encashment warranty, minimum validity of 180 days and issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan; the notice states that bid security and performance guarantee shall be submitted online through the e-Procurement system. Bidding shall follow Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024, with technical evaluation according to the stated knockdown criteria. E-bids must be submitted by 28 August 2026 at 10:00 hours and opened at 10:30 AM on the same day.
