Vendor Registration Medicines Surgical Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Fresh registration of eligible vendors for day-to-day local purchase of Drugs and Medicines, Surgical Disposables, Medical Devices Goods and related items, including local, multinational and imported products, through the Online Automated Local Purchase (LPDD) System deployed by Punjab Information Technology Board. Vendors must be registered on E-PADS with active Tax Payer status for 2026-27, possess a Licensed Operational Pharmacy within a maximum 10 km radius of the hospital, and have established technical, managerial and financial capabilities. The notice states an estimated price of 72,7386,10/- and requires a performance guarantee of Rs.50,000 or up to 15% of allocated budget for medicines as stated. E-bids must be submitted online through e-PADS by 25 August 2026 at 10:30 AM and opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. The original performance guarantee in prescribed form must be submitted by bid opening in addition to its uploaded soft copy. No hard copies of e-bids are required.
