Description

Procurement of local purchase medicines and surgical items for Zakat, Bait ul Mal and the Social Services Medical Center PHQ Hospital Gilgit for the financial year 2026-27. Sealed tender documents are invited from reputed registered firms and suppliers. Bidding documents may be acquired from the Social Services Medical Center PHQ Hospital Gilgit. A call deposit of 2% of the tendered amount in the form of bank draft from any scheduled bank in the name of the Social Welfare Officer, Social Services Medical Center PHQ Hospital Gilgit must accompany the tender. An affidavit on Rs. 100 stamp paper confirming that the bidder is not blacklisted by any government or semi-government organization or PPRA must also be submitted. Bidders supplying medicines must possess a medical license and Form-C and must operate a medical shop within a radius of 500 meters from PHQ Hospital Gilgit; the procurement committee will physically verify the medicine shop. All required documents must be duly attested. The procurement committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or proposals under PPRA Rule 36(1). The bid closing date is 31st August 2026 at 12:00 PM and bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders. Late tenders will not be considered and any local or national holiday will shift the opening to the next working day.
