Framework Contract Medicine Surgical Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for day to day local purchase of medicines and surgical or disposable items including medicines for CM Special Initiative Program (Dialysis). Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage-Two Envelope procedures under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended up to date. Eligible bidders may download bidding documents containing specifications, terms and conditions and quantities without fee from the Punjab Procurement Authority and Punjab e-Procurement System websites. Bid security at 2% of the total estimated price or cost of quoted items must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in the prescribed manner, and physical financial instruments will not be accepted. Bids must follow the prescribed format with proper page numbering, checklist, table of contents and signed and stamped pages.
