Annual procurement for financial year 2026-27 covering Local Purchase of Medicines and Panel Pharmacy (M-20) - Small Medical Appliances - Laboratory Chemicals and Reagents - Blood Bank Items - Dialysis Disposables and Chemicals - Medical Gases - Stationery and Printing Items. The stated estimated amounts are Rs. 1,950,000 for medicines and panel pharmacy, Rs. 9,000,000 for small medical appliances, Rs. 9,520,000 for laboratory chemicals and reagents, Rs. 2,000,000 for blood bank items, Rs. 4,500,000 for dialysis disposables and chemicals, Rs. 2,200,000 for medical gases, and Rs. 2,800,000 for stationery and printing items. Bid security is 3% of the estimated amount for each procurement category. Eligible manufacturers, importers, authorized distributors, suppliers and firms must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax and Punjab Revenue Authority. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, with separate technical and financial proposals submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The original bid security and Rs. 100 e-Stamp Paper declaring that the firm is not blacklisted with PPRA, PESSI and the hospital must be submitted in the prescribed manner, while a scanned copy of the bid security must accompany the technical proposal. Bids remain valid for 90 days from opening unless otherwise specified. Bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the bid opening date.
