Medicines Surgical Disposable Items Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for local purchase of medicines and surgical disposable items and devices for THQ Hospital City Talagang for financial year 2026-27. The estimated cost is 15 million and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost. Eligible bidders must have active FBR or PRA taxpayer status and must not be blacklisted or debarred under applicable PPRA requirements. For local purchase of medicines and surgical items, bidders must have a valid CDSL issued on Form 09 and must not be outside Chakwal district. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System under single stage two envelope procedure by 29-08-2026 at 12:30 PM and opened at 1:00 PM the same day. A 5% performance guarantee is required from successful bidders.
