Description

Procurement of student uniforms for boys and girls for the summer and winter seasons for the financial year 2026-27, according to student enrollment. Boys uniform comprises white shirt with department monogram, Malatia grey pants, black belt in Rexene or leather, black shoes of quality at least equal to Bata or Service, black socks, white vest or bunyan, navy blue tie with golden stripes, and navy blue jersey. Girls uniform comprises navy blue qameez or shirt with department monogram, shalwar and white dupatta, black shoes of quality at least equal to Bata or Service, black socks, white slip or shameez, and maroon shawl and jersey. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 2,500,000 and bid security is 5% amounting to Rs. 125,000. Bids shall be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System under the single stage two envelope procedure, with technical and financial bids submitted in separate electronic envelopes. The closing date for uploading bids is 09 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bid security shall be submitted through CDR using the prescribed PSID and online banking mechanism. Successful bidder shall furnish performance or bank guarantee equal to 10% of the successful bidding price. Student measurements shall be taken by the successful bidder and uniform packets tagged with student name and class shall be delivered free to the consignee. Samples and laboratory test reports for all items are mandatory, with testing charges borne by the supplier.
