Description
Procurement of executive tables, simple tables, executive chairs, office chairs, visitor chairs, table side racks, computer table racks, sofa sets, conference room tables and conference room chairs; air conditioners including DC inverter 2 ton, 1.5 ton and 1 ton units, refrigerators, microwave ovens, 64-inch LEDs, photocopiers, a 100 KVA generator, RO plant and UPS; IT equipment including laptops, desktop computers, printers, scanners, fax machines, VLC arrangement including multimedia system and sound system; CCTV security cameras; and a solar system. Bids must be fully completed, signed and stamped and uploaded electronically through E-PADS. The procurement shall follow the single stage two envelope procedure under Rule 38 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bid security is 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee or Pay Order of a scheduled bank and the original must be submitted before the bid submission deadline; successful bidders shall furnish performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract value. Bids will be opened on 02 September 2026 at 11:30 AM. Contractors installing the RO plant must hold PEC registration in category C-4 or above with relevant codes, while joint venture requirements and active Income Tax and Provincial Sales Tax registration apply as specified.
