Description

Framework contract for procurement of stationery, computer stationery, printing and publication, hardware items, IT equipment, furniture and fixture, other store items, cost of other store items, entertainment and gifts, and uniform and protective clothing on lot basis. The estimated values are Rs. 16 million for stationery, Rs. 18 million for computer stationery, Rs. 6.8 million for printing and publication, Rs. 3 million for hardware items, Rs. 5 million for IT equipment, Rs. 4.5 million for furniture and fixture, Rs. 12.5 million for others, Rs. 13 million for cost of other store items, Rs. 18.5 million for entertainment and gifts and Rs. 1.5 million for uniform and protective clothing, with bid security at 5% of the estimated price for each lot. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order service providers and joint ventures where applicable must be engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities. Bidders must submit separate e-bids for each lot because contracts will be awarded separately. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Complete e-bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System, while an e-bid security copy, attested affidavit and samples of all goods items are required as prescribed. E-bid security is to be in electronic form and CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft and Pay Order are not accepted as bid security.
