Framework contract procurement on lot basis for Stationery quantity as per requirement with estimated price Rs.16 million and bid security Rs.800,000; Computer Stationery quantity as per requirement with estimated price Rs.18 million and bid security Rs.900,000; Printing & Publication quantity as per requirement with estimated price Rs.6.8 million and bid security Rs.340,000; Hardware Items quantity as per requirement with estimated price Rs.3 million and bid security Rs.150,000; IT Equipment quantity as per requirement with estimated price Rs.5 million and bid security Rs.250,000; Furniture & Fixture quantity as per requirement with estimated price Rs.4.5 million and bid security Rs.225,000; Other quantity as per requirement with estimated price Rs.12.5 million and bid security Rs.625,000; Cost of Others Store Items quantity as per requirement with estimated price Rs.13 million and bid security Rs.650,000; Entertainment & Gifts quantity as per requirement with estimated price Rs.18.5 million and bid security Rs.925,000; and Uniform and Protective Clothing quantity as per requirement with estimated price Rs.1.5 million and bid security Rs.75,000. E-bids are invited separately against each lot under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure from firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order service providers and JVs where applicable, engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities. E-bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. A copy of the e-Bid Security, attested affidavit and samples of all goods items are required by the stated deadline. Bid security is required at 5% of the estimated price for each lot. The notice states that CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft and Pay Order shall not be accepted for the e-Bid Security. Framework contracts will be awarded separately for each lot. Stationery, computer stationery, printing and publication materials, hardware, IT equipment, furniture and fixtures, store items, entertainment and gift items, uniforms and protective clothing are the relevant procurement categories covered by this framework contract.
