Supply Electrical And Building Maintenance Items Tender Notice
Description
Supply and installation of 35mm 4 Core Cable, PVC Pipe 2 inch diameter, Wooden Counters, Mat Enamel Paint, Sandtex Coating, SS Racks and miscellaneous items for Model Town Society Lahore. Sealed bids are invited under the Single Stage Single Envelope Bidding Procedure from contracting firms already enlisted with Model Town Society. Detailed tender documents can be obtained from the office of Civil Engineer Model Town Society during working hours upon written request, and clarifications may be sought from the Civil Engineer office. Sealed bids must be delivered before 01:00 PM on 03 September 2026 and will be opened one hour after the submission deadline on the same day by the Evaluation Committee in the presence of authorized representatives. Late, ambiguous or incomplete bids will not be entertained. The Society may reject all bids or proposals prior to acceptance. Electrical cable, PVC pipe, wooden counters, enamel paint, Sandtex coating, stainless steel racks and miscellaneous building materials are the relevant procurement terminology for this requirement.
