Office Stationery Miscellaneous Transport Repair Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for the Assistant Commissioner Office Shigar comprising - supply of office stationery under account code AO 3901 - miscellaneous and other items under account code AO3970 - repair of transport under account code AO13001. A firm, contractor or supplier may bid for one or more or all categories, with separate sealed envelopes required for each category. Bidding documents and item lists may be obtained from the Assistant Commissioner Office Shigar on working days up to one day before the opening date. Each sealed bid must be submitted on the firm letterhead with vendor number and accompanied by a Call Deposit of Rs. 10,000 from a scheduled bank. Rates for items not covered by the tender form will be determined according to the retail price fixed by the Chairman Price Control Committee Shigar, and applicable government taxes will be borne by the firm, contractor or supplier. The procuring agency may reject any or all bids under PPRA Rules.
