Construction Of Road Street And Allied Works Tender Notice
Description
Re-tender for construction of road, street and allied works at Away to Canal Road Peshawar with an estimated cost of Rs. 20,000,000 and 2% earnest money of Rs. 400,000. The procurement is based on MRS-2025 1st Bi Annual and non-MRS items and is open to government contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council, Local Council Board and KPPRA, enlisted with the C&W Department and having active status with FBR for financial year 2026-27. Bidding will follow the single stage two envelope procedure through EPADS. Contractors must submit electronic bids and hard copies in sealed technical and financial envelopes through registered courier service. Technical proposals must be numbered and include a table of contents. The scope may be increased or decreased according to site requirements, and non-BOQ items will be paid according to MRS 2025 or MRS-based analysis where non-scheduled. Only technically responsive bidders will have their financial bids opened. Bid security and any additional security must comply with KPPRA rules, and the work order will be issued after provision of funds.
