Procurement Of Medicines Medical Devices And Surgical Disposables Tender Notice

Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Kamoke invites Technical and Financial bids from eligible firms and agencies registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments and involved in institutional pharmacy business or chain pharmacies having a valid Retail Drug Sale Licence Form 9 Pharmacy under the Drug Act 1976 and Punjab Drug Rules for supply of drugs, medicines, medical devices and surgical disposables for financial year 2026-27 on free delivery to consignee end basis. Detailed technical specifications are available in the bidding documents from the procuring agency, PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must bid for the entire quantity against each lot and partial quantity bids will be rejected. Financial proposals should be submitted separately for each lot.
