Rawalpindi Cantonment Board invites electronic bids through EPADS V2.0 under Open Competitive Bidding and Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for Cantt General Hospital, Rawalpindi Cantt. The procurement covers nine categories: Life-Saving Medicine estimated at Rs. 8.519 million with Rs. 170,380 earnest money; CSSD/Laundry Items Rs. 2.189 million with Rs. 43,780; Laboratory Items Rs. 10.087 million with Rs. 201,740; Dental Items Rs. 4.737 million with Rs. 94,740; Physiotherapy Items Rs. 0.727 million with Rs. 14,540; Radiology Items Rs. 7.906 million with Rs. 158,120; Routine Chemistry Laboratory Items Rs. 10.453 million with Rs. 209,060; Special Chemistry and PCR Laboratory Items Rs. 10.137 million with Rs. 202,740; and Surgical/Disposable Items Rs. 15.304 million with Rs. 306,080. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS V2.0 by 07-09-2026 at 11:00 AM and technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM. Bidders must possess applicable Drug Sale or Drug Distribution Licence Category-A, FBR registration and Active Taxpayer status, and at least three years experience in medicine supply. Medicines and regulated products must comply with DRAP requirements, be genuine and traceable, and generally have at least 12 months remaining shelf life at delivery.
