The Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Khairpur Tamewali invites sealed bids from eligible firms, agencies, pharmacy businesses, chain pharmacies, distributors, companies and authorized suppliers for framework contracts during 2026-2027. The procurement covers Local Purchase of Medicines, Surgical and Disposable Items including SSP - Rs. 4,000,000 with Rs. 80,000 bid security; Dialysis Unit Items and Medicines - Rs. 4,000,000 with Rs. 80,000 bid security; Medical Gases - Rs. 1,300,000 with Rs. 26,000 bid security; Stationery Items - Rs. 1,200,000 with Rs. 24,000 bid security; General Store Items - Rs. 4,000,000 with Rs. 80,000 bid security; Printing Items - Rs. 2,000,000 with Rs. 40,000 bid security; Linen Items - Rs. 1,600,000 with Rs. 32,000 bid security; Laboratory Items - Rs. 1,000,000 with Rs. 20,000 bid security; Dental Items - Rs. 1,000,000 with Rs. 20,000 bid security; X-ray Items - Rs. 3,500,000 with Rs. 70,000 bid security; and IT Equipment and Accessories - Rs. 2,000,000 with Rs. 40,000 bid security. Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal. The bids must comply with the specified rules and mode and bid security shall be 2% valid for 120 days in the form of CDR from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan processed through the e-procurement portal. Bidders must provide NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates, and taxes will be deducted according to applicable government rules. The opening date is 05-09-2026 at 11:30 AM.
