Procurement of 62,500 metric tons plus or minus 5 percent MOLSO of long grain white rice IRRI-6, 100 percent broken and double polished, on CIF free out Dakar, Senegal and Banjul, The Gambia basis in break bulk or containerized shipments. The procurement will follow single stage-two envelope competitive bidding with a standard evaluation process, requiring technical and financial proposals. Bid security is 2.00 and bid validity is 21 days. The bid opening time is 11:30 PM. The requirement covers long grain white rice, IRRI-6 rice, broken rice, double polished rice, break bulk shipments, and containerized shipments.
