Rehabilitation and improvement of roads and streets through provision of asphalt, PCC and drainage in Link Canal Bank Road, Fiaz Colony, Gulshan Park, Ramzan Park, Sahu Warhi, Link Qabarstan Road and adjoining abadies, NA-121, Lahore. The estimated cost is Rs.49,065,339 with bid security of Rs.2,453,267 and a six-month completion period. Bids are invited on item rates through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure from engineering firms and contractors registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System with valid PEC C-5 or above license, active filer NTN and PNTN. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically, and digital bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost is required according to the stated procedure. Conditional bids will not be accepted and applicable taxes are the contractor's responsibility.
