Laboratory Items Chemicals Kits Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of laboratory items, chemicals and kits for FY 2026-27 on a free-delivery-to-consignee-end basis. Bids are invited from reputable and financially sound firms or agencies registered with sales tax and income tax departments. Detailed technical specifications are contained in the bidding documents, which are available free of cost from the Medical Superintendent or through PPRA and Punjab E-Procurement. Bidders must be registered as suppliers on the Punjab E-Procurement System to participate. The procurement uses the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must bid for the entire quantity of each lot and partial-quantity bids will be rejected. A bid security of 2% is required through Punjab E-Procurement, rates must include all government taxes, and financial proposals should be submitted separately for each lot. Online bids close on 05.09.2026 at 10:00 AM and open on the same date at 10:30 AM.
