Procurement Of Drugs Medicines Devices Surgical Disposables Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of drugs, medicines, medical devices and surgical disposables for FY 2026-27 on a free-delivery-to-consignee-end basis. Bids are invited from firms and agencies with financially sound backgrounds that are registered with sales tax and income tax departments and are involved in institutional pharmacy business or chains of pharmacies holding a valid Retail Drug Sale License (Form 9 - pharmacy) under the Drug Act 1976 and Punjab Drug Rules. Detailed technical specifications are provided in the bidding documents. The procurement is conducted through Punjab E-Procurement under the Single Stage-Two Envelopes procedure, with technical and financial proposals and financial proposals to be submitted separately for each lot. Bidders must bid for the entire quantity of each lot, and partial-quantity bids will be rejected. Bid security of 2% is required through the Punjab E-Procurement System, and rates must include all government taxes. Technical bids are opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives, and only compliant bids submitted through the e-procurement system are entertained.
