Hiring of pharmacy vendors for procurement and supply of drugs, medicines, medical devices, surgical disposable items and implants through Social Welfare Zakat Funds for the year 2026-27. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Steps bidding procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement system. Eligible pharmacies must hold a valid Drug Sale License on Form 9 issued by the competent authority and have at least one year of experience in the sale of drugs, medicines and medical devices. The pharmacy location must be within a 10 kilometre radius of the hospital, subject to possible relaxation up to a maximum of 20 kilometres by the competent department where justified. Bid security of PKR 50,000 must be provided with the technical proposal in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Banker's Cheque, with the original submitted before the e-bid opening time in addition to the uploaded copy. Electronic bids must be submitted through the e-procurement system and will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives.
