Procurement of heifers comprising Nili Ravi buffaloes and Cholistani and Sahiwal cows during financial year 2026-27 under the scheme Empowering Rural Women Through Livestock Support. Electronic bids are invited from pre-qualified bidders registered with relevant authorities and tax departments, holding income tax and sales tax registration, a professional tax certificate for FY 2026-27 and registration on the Punjab E-Procurement System. The procurement follows Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014.
