Description
Framework rate contract for financial year 2026-27 covering dental material - biomedical equipment and related accessories - printing materials - stationery - computer stationery - general store items - supply of medical gases - X-ray films. Procurement will be conducted through open competitive bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Eligible bidders must have valid NTN, GST, PST and Professional Tax registration, be active taxpayers, have no blacklisting record and be legally authorized to conduct business in Punjab. Lot-wise cumulative pricing for total estimated quantities will be evaluated, and bidders must quote every item within each selected lot or the bid will be rejected. Financial quotations must clearly state product, specification, trade name, unit, unit cost, quantity, total cost and grand total. Bid security of 2% is required according to each lot value. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-09-06 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room. Bids must be submitted through EP.Punjab by 2026-09-12 at 10:00 AM and will open on the same day at 11:00 AM.
