Construction And Rehabilitation Of Local Infrastructure Tender Notice
Description
Execute development works comprising construction and rehabilitation of streets - drains and nullahs - and construction and rehabilitation of roads across Dhal Gujran, UCs Bhagwal and Guliana - UC Aach and UC Dilawarpur - Municipal Committee Kharian, UC Marala and UC Dhunni - UC Langrial and UC Kotla - UC Mandi Bhalwal and UC Bhagnagar - and Municipal Committee Sarai Alamgir. Eligible contractors and firms must be enlisted or renewed with PEC for financial year 2026-27 where applicable and fulfill the eligibility requirements in the bidding documents. Bids shall be submitted electronically only through the Punjab e-Procurement System under applicable Punjab Procurement Rules. Bid security equal to 5% of the respective estimated cost must be submitted through a Digital Bank Guarantee using PSID and SWIFT MT760; physical securities will not be accepted. Bidders must quote unit rates, item-wise amounts and grand totals in the BOQ. Performance security equal to 10% of the contract price will be required from the successful bidder. Bids will be opened electronically at 01:00 PM on the closing date.
