Procurement Of Dietary Food Items Tender Notice
Description
Procure dietary food items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27 including wheat products - pulses - sugar - bakery items - chicken - mutton - beef and veal - vegetables and fruits. Experienced and financially sound businesses and enterprises registered with Sales Tax where required and Income Tax Departments may participate. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, with technical and financial bids submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal. Bid security equal to 1% of the estimated cost for each lot must be provided in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order. A pre-bid meeting will be held on September 8, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened electronically at 10:30 AM on the closing date.
