Janitorial Services And Hvac Maintenance Contracts Tender Notice
Description
Annual rate contract for hiring of janitorial services and annual rate contract for repair and maintenance of HVAC system for Financial Year 2026-2027. The estimated prices are provided in the bidding documents. Bid security is 1% of estimated amount for janitorial services and 2% of estimated amount for HVAC repair and maintenance. Procurement is through Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of PPRA Rules 2014, using the Punjab e-Procurement System. E-bids containing technical and financial offers inclusive of all taxes must be submitted online and will be opened at 11:00 AM on September 16, 2026. Physical financial instruments including CDR and Bank Guarantee are not accepted for bid security; security must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Successful bidders must sign the contract and furnish 5% Performance Guarantee electronically. Firms must submit company profile, technical, engineering and managerial capabilities, after-sales services where applicable, past experience and performance. Only one offer is permitted and all pages must be properly numbered, signed and stamped with checklist and table of contents. Incomplete offers will not be entertained.
