Description
Procurement of services for electrification of the BSL-3 Laboratory at the Punjab Agriculture Food & Drug Authority Office Lahore on F.O.R. basis. The estimated cost is Rs. 26,312,063 and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 526,241. Bidders and suppliers must be registered with the relevant tax departments and Pakistan Engineering Council with a valid license, and must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System. Complete e-bids and required documents must be submitted through the PDF Upload method by September 21, 2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened electronically at 11:00 AM on the same date in the Committee Room of the PAFDA building. Bid security must be submitted electronically through the registered PEPS system; physical CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee will not be accepted. The procurement will use Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure.
