Annual maintenance and repair of all Government roads and bridges during 2026-27, including emergent works in Tehsil Batkhela and Thana Baizai, with estimated cost of Rs. 4.600 million, bid security of Rs. 96,000 and tender fee of Rs. 1,380; and maintenance and repair of Government accommodation at DHQ Hospital Batkhela, with estimated cost of Rs. 72.066 million, bid security of Rs. 1,481,320 and tender fee of Rs. 21,620. Procurement is conducted through E-PADS under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure. The first work requires PEC Category C-6 and above with relevant codes, while the second requires PEC Category C-4 and above with relevant codes. Contractors must electronically quote rates and upload the complete BOQ, with discrepancies between quoted rates and uploaded BOQ rates rendering bids non-responsive. Bids up to 10% below the Engineer Estimate require 2% bid security; bids more than 10% and up to 20% below require additional 8% security; and bids more than 20% below require additional security equal to the differential amount together with detailed rate analysis. Bid security details including bank, CDR number and date must be uploaded electronically, with the original CDR submitted to the procuring office. Tender fee is 0.03% and must be submitted separately through Call Deposit, while Pay Orders and Bank Drafts are not accepted. The first, second and third lowest electronic bidders' bid securities will be retained until approval.
